The following describes how personal data submitted through this website is processed, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Spanish data protection act (LOPDGDD).

To handle and answer enquiries sent through the contact form or by email, and to maintain the communication arising from that enquiry.

Legal basis

The express consent of the data subject, given by ticking the acceptance box in the form.

Data processed

Name, company, email address, phone number (optional), area of interest and the content of the message.

Retention

Data is kept for the duration of the communication and afterwards for the applicable legal periods. It is then deleted.

Recipients

Data is not shared with third parties, except where legally required or with the technology providers needed to deliver the email and hosting services, which act as data processors.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of your data by writing to marlene@benty.es, and you may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
